Retune the Body Electric with a Tuning Fork Session
Tuning fork therapy is a gentle, non-invasive acoustic practice that involves calibrated metal tuning forks that apply specific vibrations to different parts of the body and it's surrounding field. This can help release tension and energy, promoting harmony and emotional balance. Similar to acupuncture, sound tools are positioned at stimulation points, using frequencies instead of needles. As with the bowls, using two differing frequency forks, the sounds create binaural beats, - this entrainment method stimulates the brain into a specific state using pulsing sound to encourage your brain waves to align to the frequency of the beat. Let’s say you’re listening to a sound in your left ear that’s at a frequency of 132 Hertz (Hz). And in your right ear, you’re listening to a sound that’s at a frequency of 121 Hz. Your brain gradually falls into synchrony with the difference, or 11 Hz. Instead of hearing two different tones, you instead hear a tone at 11 Hz

In addition to Soundbaths, perhaps you'd like to try Renee's series called SOUNDSANA Yoga. This restorative yoga series combines sonic sound waves, from quartz crystal singing bowls, gongs and tuning forks, with carefully curated, simple to perform yoga poses. Each sound instrument is tuned to correlate with each chakra, or energy center in the body (this isn't "woo-woo- modern science's discovery and research of the vagus nerve is what the ancient's pointed to). You'll be guided through certain selected restorative poses that will calm the mind and re-energize the body, increasing flexibility, balance and strength.

In Sanskrit, Yoga means Union, and Asana translates to "pose" or "position". Don't worry if you've never done "yoga" before.
In a soundbath, you can sit or lie down. You'll be guided through an easy to follow along system of breath-work called "pranayama", in which breath work, along with guided meditation and simple restorative mini- movements, set to sacred healing sounds. This allows the body's natural energy points to open and flow more efficiently. Renee and her associated certified instructors show you how beneficial this can be.

Synergy is the combined outcome interaction of two separate "things" (or practices, etc), greater than the sum of their individual separate parts. Sonic Sound Yoga's mixes sound healing wellness techiques with safe, restorative breathing exercises and guided meditation, reaping real results. You can experience Sound Meditation, SoundBaths, or Sound Healing Therapies in group or one on one environments. You'll be in completely comfortable positions, whether seated or reclining on the floor, with the aid of mats, pillows, blankets and other cozy, comfy props.
